We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Merchandise:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Classes & Training:

All class registrations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Mr. Bowties Hair Studio.

If a student cannot attend, they may request to transfer their seat to a future session (subject to availability).
